Dr. Asia Gordon, DNP, is the visionary founder of Elite Primary Care and Aesthetics, a modern medical practice dedicated to elevating the standard of personalized healthcare, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. As a doctoral-prepared Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Gordon combines advanced clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients look, feel, and live their best at every stage of life. Her clinical background spans a wide spectrum of care, including medical-surgical oncology, mother–baby care, women’s health, pediatrics, dermatological conditions, and family medicine.
This diverse experience allows her to approach each patient holistically—recognizing that true wellness involves both internal health and outward confidence. A proud United States Air Force veteran, Dr. Gordon carries the values of service, discipline, and excellence into every aspect of her practice. Those principles, paired with her dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care, have shaped her reputation for delivering thoughtful and high-quality treatment.
Originally a New Jersey native, Dr. Gordon is also a devoted wife and mother of two. Her personal experiences reinforce her belief that healthcare should empower individuals and families to thrive. Through Elite Primary Care and Aesthetics, she is building more than a medical practice—she is creating a space where science, wellness, and confidence come together to help patients achieve total well-being.

Yes, the information is completely secure. It is protected with a username and password / PIN number of your choice and through SSL encryption.

We share information with our patients that we feel can help them and keep them informed. Every practice is different, and we try to provide patients with key information regarding their health. For a complete list of features, ask our friendly staff.

Access to our Portal and the healow app are completely free. We share this information with our patients to give them access to their health records and help them make better healthcare decisions.

Sign-up is simple and outlined in the steps above. You should receive a username and password from our practice via email that you can print out and customize after your initial login. Access can be made via any web browser, or through the smartphone app.

The app and our Portal allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call the front desk and we can reset the username and/or password for you.

User support is built into the web portal and the app, or you can ask a member of our staff.
